How we handle what you tell us.
The Naulon site has one place where you can give us information: the design-partner form. This page explains what happens to whatever you put in it.
What the form collects
When you submit the design-partner form, we receive:
- Your name and work email address.
- Your company name and your role there.
- The function of Naulon you're most interested in.
- Optionally, your fleet size.
- Optionally, a short description of the problem you'd like to solve.
- Whether you're open to a brief call.
We don't ask for anything else, and we don't use cookies or third-party trackers on this site. Site traffic is measured with Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and aggregated.
How we store it
Submissions arrive in the founder's inbox at artur@naulon.ai as a single email. There is no database, no CRM, and no automated processing. Your message sits in the founder's email until it's replied to and archived.
We do not sell, share, or otherwise pass your information to any third party. The only service that touches the message in transit is the email-delivery provider (Resend), who relays it on our behalf and does not retain its contents beyond what's needed for delivery.
How to ask us to delete it
Email artur@naulon.ai with the email address you submitted from and ask us to delete your submission. We'll do it and confirm within a few working days.
